About the Electrical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program

The Department of Electrical Engineering, Trisakti University is one of the oldest Electrical Engineering Departments in Indonesia and has an A Accreditation Status which was obtained through the Decree of BAN PT No. 972/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/IX/S1/X/2015 dated 3 September 2015. The Electrical Engineering Department of Trisakti University is present through the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or S-1 study program to prepare graduates who are able to solve electrical problems and develop their knowledge, so that they can work in the field of implementing research programs, planning, implementing and regulating electrical engineering machinery equipment systems; and in a short time can adapt to the development of the specialty of the electrical engineering branch found in various types of industries and related work fields

Welcome to the Electrical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, Trisakti University. The Electrical Engineering Study Program (PSTE) of Trisakti University was established in 1965 based on the Decree of the Minister of Higher Education and Science No. 013/dar/Year 1965, November 15, 1965.

PSTE has Accreditation Status A obtained through the Decree of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) No. 5250/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/IX/2020 dated September 8, 2020. This is one proof of PSTE’s commitment to providing the best higher education services for the community. The PSTE curriculum is an Outcome-Based Curriculum which is prepared by taking into account input from all stakeholders, as well as an analysis of the development of science and technology as well as industrial needs. The PSTE curriculum has led to Industry 4.0 and the Indonesia 4.0 Formula which is focused on 2 streams, namely: Smart Power System to prepare graduates in the field of Electrical Power Engineering and Smart Network and Smart Industrial Automation to prepare graduates in the fields of Telecommunication Engineering, Control Engineering, Engineering Electronics and Computer Systems Engineering. The curriculum consists of 144 credits according to the Decree of the Minister of National Education No.232/U/2000 and is supervised by 24 permanent lecturers who are highly committed to implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education.

To support the learning process, all PSTE lecture rooms have been equipped with internet access, as well as 8 laboratories. Physical and digital libraries are available at the faculty and university levels, where academics can access various collections of international journals, national journals, and textbooks.

Thousands of PSTE alumni have worked in the field of independent business, in industry, government, and academics. We hope to continue to contribute in providing the best higher education services for the community.
