Electrical Engineering Lecturers Receive BIMA Research Grant from Kemdikbudristek for Academic Year 2023/2024

Two lecturers from the Electrical Engineering department have successfully secured the BIMA Research Grant from Kemdikbudristek for the Academic Year 2023/2024.
Dr. Lydia Sari, ST, MT received the grant for her research titled “Performance Analysis of BCH Raptor Code for Data Transmission Reliability in Wireless Body Area Network for Tele-Health Applications”. This research is expected to significantly contribute to improving data transmission reliability in tele-health applications, which is crucial for the development of better remote healthcare services.
Meanwhile, Syah Alam, SPd, MT was awarded the grant for his research titled “Design of Multi-Input Multi-Output Array Microstrip Antenna for Enhanced Signal Reception in Fifth Generation (5G) Communication Systems”. This research aims to enhance signal reception performance in 5G communication systems, which is the latest communication technology with high capacity and speed.
